This training for entry-level workers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces, as well as information regarding workers’ rights and employer responsibilities. Through this training, OSHA helps to ensure that workers have the knowledge they need to stay safe on the job.

The training covers a variety of construction safety and health topics which a worker may encounter at a construction site. OSHA recommends this training as an orientation to occupational safety and health. Workers must receive additional training on hazards specific to their job.

Who is This Course For? Anyone Working on a Construction Project that is State or Federally Funded in the State of CT (a requirement for these projects) and Entry Level Construction Workers.
