Early Morning REBOOT Yoga
Does committing to 20 days of yoga in a month seem too much to take on? Try a REBOOT! Pick a week to try it out! Set the tone for your day with a good stretch and a calm mind, supported by an amazing community. Gentle movement and breathing exercises optimize everything that we physically experience, bringing our bodies and mind back into equilibrium, ready for the challenges ahead. Wednesday session is online only. Senior fee not applicable.
