Learn to Speak Italian II - Intermediate Level 2212
The course is for you if you already completed the beginner course. You will gain a deeper exposure and practice of the language, as the instructor gradually switches to speak mostly in Italian. This will build conversations and help you expand your vocabulary and grow your confidence with Italian.
Session 1: Personal introduction and resume of regular verbs at the present tense, nouns and adjectives, how to go clothing shopping and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 2: Irregular verbs (“to like”, “to do”) conversation about hobbies, skills and things to do in the free time, Italian culture, reading, listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 3: Passato prossimo (Past tense) of regular verbs, how to order in a gelateria (Ice cream shop), recipes, Italian culture, reading, speaking listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 4: Imperativo tense, giving directions, Italian culture, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 5: simple and combined prepositions, booking a table by phone, go groceries, Italian culture, reading, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
