Learn to Speak Italian - Beginner Level 2211
This course is for you to learn Italian at a beginner’s level. It is structured in different units that include the study of the grammar (the use of words, articles, conjugation of verbs), the practice of the language (through different activities of listening, reading and writing) and some knowledge of the Italian culture. A wide variety of mediums are used. A non-refundable $10 supply fee is included in the price of the class. Senior discount not applicable.
Session 1: Greetings; body language; Italian nouns and articles; Italian gestures, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 2: Italian pronunciation, personal pronouns, auxiliar verbs, verbs at present tense, personal introduction, Adjectives, Italian culture, reading, listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 3: numbers, hours, money (euro), Italian meals, food names, Italian culture, reading, speaking listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 4: ordering breakfast, lunch and dinner, reading a menu, prices, numbers, reading, Italian culture, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
Session 5: Use of the adjectives and colors, how to go groceries and shopping in Italy, Italian culture, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises
