This course not only satisfies the 60 hour CT educational requirement for Real Estate Sales Licensing but it’s also an informative, fun, and engaging class for anyone! Real Estate touches everyone and everything - Knowledge is Power! It covers the major aspects of the real estate industry, trends in real estate, and prepares you for the State licensing examination. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to take the State licensing exam. Students must have a computer/tablet/phone with a camera and an email address to receive Zoom invitations and materials.
Three books are included in the cost of the class.
