Yoga for Anxiety and Depression 1629
The regular practice of yoga can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, which may include sadness, mental and physical inertia, difficulty concentrating, and insomnia. No yoga experience required. Please consult your therapist or health care provider before enrolling to determine whether yoga is appropriate for your condition.
If you are fully vacinated you are welcome to take the class in person at Your Community Yoga Center. Class is also being offered via Zoom.
