Mindfulness Based Stress Relief 2811

MBSR is an 8-week evidence based, experiential program designed to provide participants with comprehensive and systematic training in mindfulness meditation and movement practices, and in integrating those skills into one’s daily life.

Research on mindfulness-based training consistently demonstrates positive outcomes associated with increased self-awareness, emotional and attention regulation; reduction in symptoms for various physical and behavioral health conditions including anxiety, depression and chronic pain; and positive changes in risk factors that may lead to more serious chronic ailments. We invite you to join a community of learning to explore how mindfulness may support you in living life more fully, with greater ease and joy.

Full Day retreat is Sunday, November 1st.
