Hamden Adult Education offers:

GED Preparation

Do you want to study for the GED exam? You will work on five required areas of study: Math, science, language arts, writing skills, and social studies. You will take practice tests. Instruction will be individualized where possible.

GED Exam

You must create an account on GED.COM, and get "likely to pass" with a score of 145 or higher on the official practice tests, before signing up to take the GED exam. The GED exam is offered at several locations in the State of Connecticut. It consists of four tests in the following areas: Science, Social Studies, Math, and Reading through Language Arts.
