Align and Restore with Qigong 1674N 
What is Qigong? Qigong is an internal martial art, predating Tai
Chi, that consists of gentle and meditative movement patterns
that focus on cultivating mind-body-breath connection and coordination
to reduce stress, improve joint mobility, balance,
strength and overall wellness. In this course we will focus on
building and maintaining our energy with the six Chi Cultivation
exercises as well as developing our balance and leg strength
with various walking patterns such as Mud Stepping and Crane
Walking. Join me in exploring the six Chi Cultivation exercises as
well as various walking patterns to build up your energy levels,
strength, and balance!
