Learn to Speak Italian - Beginner Level 2211
This course is for you to learn Italian at a beginner’s level. It is structured in different units that include
the study of the grammar (the use of words, articles, conjugation of verbs), the practice of the language
(through different activities of listening, reading and writing) and some knowledge of the Italian culture.
A wide variety of mediums are used.
Session 1: Greetings; body language; Italian nouns and articles; Italian gestures, speaking and listening
activities (songs, videos), exercises.
Session 2: Italian pronunciation, personal pronouns, auxiliar verbs, numbers, hours, Italian culture,
reading, listening activities (songs, videos), exercises.
Session 3: days of the week, Regular Verbs at present tense, personal introduction, irregular verbs,
speaking listening activities (songs, videos), exercises.
Session 4: Negation, Italian food and meals, ordering breakfast, lunch and dinner, reading a menu, prices,
reading, Italian culture, speaking and listening activities (songs, videos), exercises.
Session 5: adjectives, colors, how to go groceries in Italy, Italian culture, speaking and listening activities,
exercises.
A non-refundable $10 supply fee is included in the price.
