Homebuyer’s Workshop 1800H

Understand the three main phases of buying a home. A licensed real estate salesman will discuss all aspects involved in purchasing a home, making an offer, the documents involved, and various inspections. A licensed mortgage broker will discuss the various mortgage financing programs available, the different down payment options, the pre-approval process, and the credit evaluation. To conclude, a real estate attorney will discuss his role in representing the purchaser of a home, from the review of the “Contract For Sale” through the closing documents.
