Adult Swim Lessons 1601A

This program is designed for individuals 18+ years of age who wish to learn to swim or strengthen their basic swimming skills.  Participants in this class range from beginning to intermediate swimmers.  Your swim lesson is customized to your swim ability level.  Swim classes meet once per week throughout the session.  Participants must bring their bathing suits, towels, and a water bottle
