ServSafe Food Handlers Training and Certification

ServSafe is a food safety training and certfcation program administered by the National Restaurant Association. This program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection. This certification is required by most restaurants as a basic credential for their management staff. You will learn basic food safety practices for preparing and serving food. You will earn you food handler certificate from the foodservice experts, the National Restaurant Association.

The firve sections you will learn are: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygience, Cross-contamination and Allergens, Tim e and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. You must complete all these sections before the assessment is available.

The price of this class includes the texbook and the certification test.
